As the founder and Director of JACK LEE Australia, Jacki-Lee Munckton brings to the table an incredible fifteen years worth of experience as a Communications and Marketing professional.
It was whilst working as the Communications Manager for the joint venture which managed BHP Billiton's multi billion dollar Iron Ore Construction Projects that the idea for JACK LEE was born. From working in a predominately male workforce, Jacki-Lee noticed the gradual shift away from corporate dressing - veering away from the traditional suit and tie ensemble to the notion of 'business casual everyday of the week'.
"For me, JACK LEE Australia was born out of my own entrepreneurial spirit and the cheeky belief that a man's bottom deserves as much attention as his female counterparts'". says Jacki-Lee.
Through her remarkable designs, Jacki-Lee strives to have men always covered from the boardroom right through to the bedroom.
The first part of 2013 saw Robin taking on an exciting role as a Design Studio intern for Marc Jacobs Intl in New York. Working under his watchful eye, she assisted the knitwear team from Paris with couture techniques and embellishment as well as assisting the Design Director and Marc Jacobs himself in the styling of the Resort 2013 collection photo shoot.
In her role at JACK LEE Australia, Robin has utilised her keen sense for design and unique perspective on fabrication to assist with the design of exclusive men's and women's pyjamas for Crown Towers Melbourne, as well as continually providing comprehensive advice on a range of design projects.
A graduate of the Central Institute of Technology, Robin developed her talents whilst working as an Assistant Designer for local label Breathless for six years before transitioning into a Senior Designer in 2007. Simultaneously, Robin wished to develop the talent of the youth of today and began to work as a lecturer at Central, teaching Fashion Illustration.
