Pyjama collaboration

JACK LEE x Crown Towers Melbourne

JACK LEE Australia launched its first collaboration into the hotelier industry,  designing a range of luxury sleepwear exclusively for the world class Crown Hotels portfolio.

Taking inspiration from the Qantas Business Class pyjamas designed by Morrissey, the Crown by JACK LEE Australia men’s and women’s pyjamas encourage guests to ‘Dream Big’. This unique quote is luxuriously screen printed onto the back of each individual pair.

We were thrilled by the launch of this collaboration.

Much like the JACK LEE customer, Crown clientele are ambitious, driven and continually strive to ‘dream big’. We were certain this idea of dreaming grandly would resonate wholeheartedly with Crown’s valued clients.

The launch saw AFL captain Andrew Swallow of the North Melbourne Football Club along with Miss Universe Australia finalist and international model Kirsten Clemens showcase the pyjama range in an opulent campaign photoshoot, captured onsite at Crown Towers Melbourne in one of the lavish suite rooms.

The Crown by JACK LEE Australia designs were created by fashion aficionado Robin Alexander who has over twelve years of experience in the industry. Drawing on her experience working on Marc Jacobs’ Fall 2013/14 collection which took its inspiration from men’s traditional pyjama sets, Robin has taken cues from preppy international brands such as Lacoste, Prada and Tommy Hilfiger to create classically inspired sleepwear exclusively for Crown Towers.

The pyjamas are available for sale through Crown Gifts retail stores.

JACK LEE x The Fathering Project

A WEST AUSTRALIAN FIRST – FASHION AND FATHERS AT THE PRINT HALL

JACK LEE Australia launched its new Summer Collection at a stylish and fun event at Print Hall’s rooftop bar.

Known for its aesthetic which captures the relaxed sophistication of the Australian business landscape and beautifully tailored menswear garments, JACK LEE partnered with The Fathering Project to bring awareness to the importance of the role of fathers in their children’s lives.

In a West Australian first, the fashion showcase saw a number of high profile West Australians hit the runway in a style session, helping to raise funds for the WA charity located at the University of Western Australia.

The Fathering Project's main objective is to help father's realise how important they are in a child's life and to  give them advice on how to encourage their children based on research from Dr Bruce Robinson.

The JACK LEE team were very proud to be supporting a local not for profit organisation. JACK LEE director Jacki-Lee Munckton said, "Everyone has had a Father, which means every single person across Western Australia can understand the profound effect a Dad has on our lives. A charity which can help make meaningful impact on a child's life is an organisation we are thrilled to support."

Our  highly experienced designer Robin Alexander designed the collection.

“Jack Lee Australia is thrilled to be presenting its new season collection with inspiration drawn from the suburban landscape.

“Perhaps surprisingly, we found beauty in the sparse, dry landscaping of typical 1970's homes and gardens, and using floral motifs such as the strelitzia and bouganvillea we’ve brought a new perspective to what may have once been considered the ordinary,” Ms Alexander said.

The collection is completely Australian made.

JACK LEE x McCusker Alzheimer’s Research Foundation

As part of the '16 Days of Subi', JACK LEE Australia teamed up with a local artist to produce individually painted tees.

During the night markets and famous Subiaco Farmer's Markets, the local community had the opportunity to choose from a selection of unique artworks hand painted on to a JACK LEE tee.

All proceeds from sales were donated to the deserving McCusker Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
